The publication was finalised and printed in December 2025, and was published in January 2026.
Front and back cover, coloured illustration both printed (A4) and web/digital (16:9) use editions.
This commissioned project involved creating the cover artwork for a publication by CTD (an organisation based in Bratislava). CTD is an independent, non-partisan think tank that produces trusted analysis and peer-reviewed research to inform policymakers and improve the quality of their decisions. I created front and back cover illustrations for the printed and digital versions of their architecture expert report. "We're aiming for a clear yet sophisticated look," said the client.

Report summary.
This report highlights how Bratislava has underappreciated the economic value of land as a means of financing public services and infrastructure, particularly affordable housing. It examines how political decisions and public investments—whether through changes in land‑use permissions or infrastructure spending—generate land‑value increments, yet these gains currently accrue to private landowners as windfall profits. Using the city’s own affordable housing methodology as a lens, the study assesses whether this framework effectively captures the value created by public actions and channels it into the delivery of affordable housing.
